Joint session convenes to consider nationalizing State of California

Breakline Sourcewire News has learned that a special closed door joint session of congress has been convened to discuss the financial budget crisis ongoing in the state of California.  Sources close to key senate and house members are suggesting that discussions may involve plans to ‘nationalize’ the state of California.

The following is an excerpt of a transcript from the floor that was leaked to Breakline media just minutes ago:

Max Baucus, chairman Senate Finance Committee – D Montana:
“And what guarantees will you give this liberal as to how these funds will reduce the state shortfalls in the future if we give you the funds you say you want to receive?

Lame duck senate majority leader Harry Reid

Representative Maxine Waters – D 35th District California:
“I can guarantee to the American people, because of the inaction of the United States Congress, ever increasing deficits unless a bailout comes down.  And the $25 billion dollars will look like a very low short fall in the years to come if we are prohibited from receiving new reserves of federal dollars and allowed new opportunities to help the people of our state.”

Baucus:
“..and guess what this liberal will be all about?  This liberal will be all about socializi…. uh.. uhhhh…. um…  would be about…. basically … taking over, and Washington running all of your state functions.”

Senator Barbara Boxer – D California:
“Oh come on Harry, can’t we get to the …”

Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid – D Nevada:
“I’d a… ya know… do me a favor.  Could you say Senator instead of Harry?  It’s just a thing… I worked so hard to get that title.  So I’d appreciate it, yes… thank you!”

These sources can neither confirm nor deny if these discussions reflect actual legislation on the table at this special joint session, but rumors are circulating that any ‘bail out’ plan will likely be met with strict guidelines placing key, white house appointed ‘executives’ in charge of all financial and budgetary decisions in the Golden State until such debts could be repaid.
